Therapy Intensives
Deep Connection, Lasting Change
A Therapy Intensive is a personalised, extended session -or set of sessions experienced in a short duration of time- designed to help you slow down, tune in, and tend to what matters most — without the stop-start of weekly appointments. It offers a deep, focused space to move through stuck patterns, process what’s been heavy, or gently reconnect with yourself or your partner.
These sessions are especially helpful when things feel overwhelming or when you're navigating a big change, but they’re just as valuable for those wanting to deepen growth, connection, or clarity.
Individuals
Sometimes, what we most need is a safe, intentional space to pause… to listen inwardly… to gently shift what’s been stuck.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply longing for deeper alignment, an individual intensive offers dedicated time to tend to what matters most — and to reconnect with your inner wisdom.
You don’t have to wait until things fall apart.
These one-on-one intensives are personalised and holistic — designed around what’s alive for you. You might choose to focus on:
Whole-Self Healing — A gentle, integrative process that supports balance across mind, body, spirit, heart, environment, and energy. Rooted in nervous system awareness, this pathway invites restoration, clarity, and grounded renewal.
Sex Therapy — A nurturing space to untangle inner knots around desire, pleasure, body image, or identity — and to reconnect with the richness of your own sexuality. There’s no pressure to perform or fix — just space to get curious, reclaim what’s yours, and feel more at home in yourself.
You can choose to focus on one pathway, or weave together elements of both — supporting the fullness of who you are.
Available online or in-person in Broome (by arrangement).
Couples
Every relationship moves through seasons — times of deep connection, and times of distance or uncertainty.
Whether you’re navigating a challenge, preparing for marriage, deepening a new bond, or wanting to enrich what you already share, a private intensive offers space to pause and tend to what matters most.
You don’t have to wait until something feels broken.
These sessions are personalised and holistic — designed around your unique dynamic.
Relationally - An intensive helps you rebuild trust, improve communication, and better understand one another’s emotional worlds. You’ll gain practical tools and embodied insight to navigate conflict, strengthen friendship, and co-create a sense of safety and care that sustains your connection beyond the session.
Sexually - It’s a chance to open up conversations you may have been avoiding — around desire, pleasure, touch, and unmet needs. With compassionate support, you can untangle long-held patterns, explore new ways of connecting, and rediscover joy, curiosity, and ease in your physical intimacy.
There’s space for repair, space for growth, and space to imagine new possibilities — as individuals and as a couple.
Available online or in-person in Broome (by arrangement).
Not every need fits the pace of weekly therapy — or the time you have to tend to it.
Whether you're an individual seeking profound personal growth or a couple aiming to reconnect and heal, Therapy Intensives offer a concentrated, immersive experience designed to facilitate significant breakthroughs in a condensed timeframe.
Sometimes the most courageous thing you can do is pause, let yourself be witnessed, and tend to what’s asking for care.
For Individuals
An Individual Therapy Intensive is a dedicated therapeutic experience, typically spanning one to three consecutive days.
This format allows for deep exploration of personal challenges, traumas, or patterns without the interruptions of daily life.
By stepping away from routine, you create space for focused healing and transformation.
This format suits individuals ready to commit to a deep dive into their inner world, seeking clarity and change.
If you find yourself feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or in need of a significant shift, a Therapy Intensive might be right for you. It's particularly beneficial for those dealing with:
Unresolved trauma
Life transitions
Burnout, compassion fatigue, or chronic stress
Desire for accelerated personal growth
Your intensive is tailored to your unique needs, but generally includes:
Extended therapy sessions
Integrative techniques (eg. movement, breathwork, and emotional processing that support insight, regulation, and deeper self-connection)
Personalized exercises and reflections
A supportive environment fostering safety and insight
When presence deepens — with yourself, with one another, with what truly matters — healing begins to move, quietly and naturally.
For Couples
A Couples Therapy Intensive is a concentrated therapeutic retreat designed to address relationship challenges head-on.
Over one to three days, couples engage in deep, uninterrupted work to rebuild connection, improve communication, and resolve lingering patterns — or to tend to that one tender spot that keeps surfacing.
This kind of space isn’t just for crisis; it’s also for couples who are doing well and want to go deeper, grow stronger, and move forward with more clarity and ease.
This format is ideal for partners committed to making meaningful changes in a short period.
Couples at any stage can benefit, especially those experiencing:
Persistent communication issues
Trust breaches or infidelity
Emotional distance or disconnection
Desire to deepen intimacy and understanding
You'll leave with a renewed sense of partnership and practical tools to maintain and deepen your bond.
Each intensive is customized, but typically includes:
Joint and individual sessions
Exercises to enhance empathy and connection
Conflict resolution strategies
Tools to foster ongoing relationship growth
There is a quiet kind of transformation that happens when we feel safe enough to listen — to our bodies,
to each other,
to the deeper truth beneath the noise.
Frequently Asked Questions
That’s okay. You don’t have to bring all the answers—just the willingness to be with whatever is alive for you, whether you’re coming alone or as a couple.
Sometimes you arrive feeling heavy, or like you're in a haze, or overwhelmed, or have a jumble of questions that don’t yet have a shape. That’s where we begin—by opening to what’s beneath the surface, those quiet nudges of truth, ready to rise into awareness.
Together, we’ll slow down and gently tune into whatever’s present—restlessness, exhaustion, nervous system dysregulation, lack of clarity, disconnection, or patterns of ineffective conflict—moving with the intelligence of your body and the narrative of your story.
That’s completely fine.
Intensives can sit alongside the work you’re already doing, offering space to focus in and go deeper with something that needs more time or care. If it’s useful, I can coordinate with your therapist or offer reflections to bring back into your regular sessions.
If you’re not currently seeing someone, you’re welcome to work with me for both ongoing support and deeper sessions when the time feels right.
And if you’re simply looking for a stand-alone experience, intensives can also be powerful on their own—no ongoing therapy required. We’ll shape it to meet you where you are.
I’ve created this e-brochure that gives you a feel for how intensives work and some of the themes they often support. These are just examples though — many people arrive with something less defined, or something entirely their own.

And if you’d prefer to talk it through, you're very welcome to book a free 30-minute chat. It’s a chance to connect, ask questions, and see if this feels like the right fit for you.
Some people book a single Therapy Intensive to work through a specific challenge, gain clarity, or reconnect with themselves or their partner.
One well-structured day can make a real impact when there's readiness and focus.
Others choose a series of Therapy Intensives—for example, two or three spaced out over weeks or months—to support deeper integration, work through layered issues, or create momentum alongside other supports.
Whether it’s one, or a few, we’ll decide together what makes sense for your pace, your goals, and your needs. This work is always tailored, never one-size-fits-all.
Support can be:
One-off or occasional — to address a specific issue or turning point
Short-term and focused — to shift stuck patterns or strengthen skills
Longer-term — to repair, rebuild, or deepen intimacy over time
There’s no fixed map — we work collaboratively to find a rhythm that suits your needs, energy, and goals. Whether you're here to repair, explore, or reconnect, you’re welcome.
Therapy Intensives meet the deeper layers—what feels too complex or delicate for weekly work, or for those ready to immerse themselves in focused support over a shorter period.
You don’t need a neat answer or a clear label.
You just need a willingness to listen to what’s rising—what your body, your relationships, and your inner world are ready to explore.
Individuals often come for support with:
Emotional overwhelm and nervous system dysregulation – when you're holding everything together on the outside, but inside you're exhausted, restless, or unraveling.
Gently explore their inner world - so you can listen more closely, relate to yourself with greater compassion, and build trust in your inner wisdom.
Internal conflict or self-sabotage – when one part of you wants to move forward and another keeps pulling the brakes.
Grief, burnout, or identity shifts – from losses you never got to grieve, to life chapters that no longer fit, to feeling untethered in who you are or where you’re going.
Couples often come to work on:
Communication and conflict patterns – when conversations loop into misunderstanding, tension escalates quickly, or you avoid the hard stuff altogether.
Emotional and physical disconnection – when closeness feels out of reach, intimacy is strained, or you're not sure how to find your way back to each other.
Deepening a strong foundation - when things are going well, but you want to grow together, strengthen what's working, and take your connection from good to great.
Recurring relational pain – especially when you're stuck in cycles of blame, withdrawal, or reenacting old wounds with the person you love most.
Whether you're feeling a crisis of purpose, longing for more connection, or carrying something your words haven’t quite touched yet—this is a space to listen, feel, and begin again, from the inside out.
I offer both one-off sessions and ongoing therapy, with options to suit a range of needs—from brief support to more extended work over time. This flexibility ensures the therapy fits where you are in your life.
My sessions are 90 minutes long. I’ve noticed how this extended format allows for deeper engagement and more meaningful progress.
Research supports this too, showing that sessions longer than the standard hour lead to more effective therapeutic outcomes by giving clients the time they need to fully explore their concerns without feeling rushed.
