Sex Therapy
Whole-of-Self-Support for Intimacy, Pleasure & Connection
Sex therapy offers a safe, supportive space to explore what’s going on in your intimate life — whether you're navigating challenges, seeking deeper fulfillment, or simply feeling the need for clarity and connection.
Working from a holistic, integrative lens, I consider the many layers that shape sexual wellbeing — the body and nervous system, the mind and emotions, behaviours and beliefs, relationships, energy, environment, and the deeper spirit of who you are.
essions are a chance to untangle what’s been stuck, hurtful, or confusing, and to nurture new pathways toward confidence, pleasure, ease, and intimacy — on your own or in partnership.
Sexual concerns are deeply human, and they can show up in many forms:
Changes in desire
Painful or uncomfortable sex
Arousal or orgasm difficulties
Sexual shame or disconnection
Identity, orientation, or expression questions
A longing for deeper pleasure, connection, or confidence
These may arise from life transitions, stress, trauma, medical or hormonal changes, religious or cultural conditioning, or simply through the natural ebbs and flows of life and relationships.
Sex therapy is for individuals, couples, and people in other relationship structures who want to work through concerns, deepen understanding, and cultivate a more fulfilling sexual and relational life.
Sessions are collaborative, private, and grounded in compassion. We work together to:
- Make sense of what's happening in your experience
- Explore the physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, and energetic dimensions of sexuality
- Release shame and build trust in your body
- Develop communication, awareness, and choice
- Create practices and insights to support your goals
You don’t need to have a “problem” to benefit from sex therapy — just a desire to grow, explore, or feel more connected to yourself and others.
Support can be:
One-off or occasional — to: address a specific issue or turning point
Short-term and focused — for:
- reconnecting with yourself
- making sense of what’s getting in the way
- exploring experiences
- discovering your sexual voice
- or finding support, clarity, and validation around things that feel confusing, sensitive, or difficult to talk about.
Longer-term — to:
- deepen self-understanding
- gently unpack layered experiences
- nurture meaningful change
- make space for pleasure and possibility
- build trust in your inner compass as you navigate intimacy, connection, and change.
There’s no fixed map — we work collaboratively to find a rhythm that suits your needs, capacity, and goals. Whether you're here to repair, explore, or reconnect, you’re welcome.
What Clients Say
Clients find our work a valuable investment, creating lasting, meaningful shifts. My depth of approach, passion, and care are felt in every session.
"Amazing! We got something out of every session."
"Working with Rebecca was like an awakening. She helped me look and think about my situation from a whole different perspective. And it was so nice having someone validate the way I have been feeling."
"I'm delighted to say that Sara and I are doing really well. We feel our relationship and also our individual wellbeing is in the best place it's been since pre-kids! It's like we've got our old relationship back again with the tools we've learned from you, and the Gottman method, to communicate better than before. Plus, we've also taken steps with our daily and weekly routine, so we're both getting what we want individually, which is helping our relationship to flourish once more.
A huge reason we're in a better place today is down to you. We really appreciate your patience, guidance and empathy - we would say to each other that you would often say the right things at the right time for us. Thank you."
"I am so pleased. It has honestly been so good for me. I love myself so much more, which was my main desire. I look at parts of my body that used to make me sad, and now I see them as being the complete opposite."
"I was in a much better space after the first session, and I kept improving."
Integrative Couples Sex Therapy
Relationships are living systems — dynamic, layered, and always evolving. Whether you're navigating a challenge, feeling disconnected, wanting to reignite intimacy, or simply looking to strengthen what’s already working, integrative couples and sex therapy offers a supportive space to explore, reconnect, and grow — together.
This work honours the whole of your relationship: the communication, the emotional patterns, the physical intimacy, the unspoken energy between you, and the practical and spiritual threads that shape your connection.
It’s not about blame or fixing one another, but about creating more understanding, choice, and aliveness — in partnership.
People seek this kind of support for many reasons:
Ongoing conflict, tension, or avoidance
Changes in desire, arousal, or physical intimacy
Emotional disconnection or lack of presence
Recovery from betrayal or rupture
Navigating transitions, parenting, or life stress
Desire for more passion, depth, or shared meaning
Clarifying whether to stay, separate, or reshape the relationship
You may be at a crossroads or simply feel that something’s missing.
You may want more safety, more spark, or just to be seen again — clearly, kindly, and fully. Therapy can help you name what’s happening and build new pathways forward.
This work is inclusive of all genders, orientations, and relationship structures, and honours the uniqueness of each couple (or constellation).
I draw on a range of evidence-based and experiential approaches — from the science of attachment and communication, to nervous system awareness, body-based practices, energy dynamics, and the emotional and erotic intelligence that lives within each of us.
Together, we’ll explore how your thoughts, feelings, behaviours, experiences, and current patterns shape your connection — while also attending to the energy between you, the environment you inhabit, and the deeper sense of meaning or spirit within your bond.
This is whole-of-system work — compassionate, respectful, and deeply attuned.
Support can be:
One-off or occasional (one session)— to address a specific issue or turning point
Short-term and focused (2-10 sessions)— to shift stuck patterns or strengthen skills
Longer-term (10 sessions - 1-2 years) — to repair, rebuild, or deepen intimacy over time
There’s no fixed map — we work collaboratively to find a rhythm that suits your needs, capacity, and goals. Whether you're here to repair, explore, or reconnect, you’re welcome.
